Build a simple but powerful physical activity habit with this 30-day Achilles Training challenge. Each day, you aim to do at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity everyday. This is additional to any gym sessions you complete. The aim is to build physical activity into your daily routine. You can complete the 30 minutes in one session or you can break it up throughout the day into smaller bouts of at least 10 minutes per session. You’ll track your progress daily, focus on creating consistency, and use this foundational habit to support better energy, wellbeing, and overall health.
