Achilles Training – Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct exists to ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members,
guests, and staff at our 24/7 gym. By using the facility, all members agree to follow these rules at all
times.
Section Title
1. Access and security

Members must use their own access credentials; sharing access cards, codes, or fobs is strictly prohibited.

Entry is limited to active members only. Guests are only permitted during staffed hours and must follow guest policies.

Do not allow tailgating or let unknown individuals into the facility.

Security cameras operate 24/7 for safety purposes.
Unstaffed Overnight Hours

During unstaffed hours, members use the facility at their own risk.

No guests are permitted during unstaffed hours unless having received permission from Achilles Training owner/head coach.

Members must be familiar with emergency procedures and equipment locations.

Any misuse of access privileges during unstaffed hours may result in immediate suspension or termination.
2. Safety & proper use of equipment

Use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow posted instructions.

Always use safety features such as collars, spotter arms, and emergency stops when required.

Return all equipment to its proper place after use.
-
Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
-
Do not perform lifts beyond your ability without proper safety measures.
3. Cleanliness & hygiene

Wipe down equipment after each use.

Wear clean athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes at all times.

Use towels when using benches or mats.
-
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
4. Respectful behaviour

Treat all members and staff with courtesy and respect.
-
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Allow others to work in on equipment when reasonable.
-
Keep noise to a respectful level; avoid excessive yelling or dropping weights.
5. Photography & privacy

Photography and video recording must not invade others’ privacy.
-
Recording other members without their consent is strictly prohibited.

The gym reserves the right to restrict photography at any time.
6. Prohibited activities
The following are not allowed:

Violence, threats, or aggressive behavior

Drug use, alcohol consumption, or intoxication
-
Smoking or vaping inside the facility
-
Sleeping, loitering, or conducting personal training without authorization

Selling goods or services without written permission
7. Emergency situations
-
In case of emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

First aid kits and emergency instructions are located throughout the facility.

Report all accidents or injuries as soon as possible.
8. Minors
-
Age restrictions apply according to gym policy.
-
Minors must be supervised at all times where permitted.
9. Compliance & enforcement

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

The gym reserves the right to deny access to anyone who violates these rules.
10. Acknowledgement
By entering and using this facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
comply with this Code of Conduct.
