The following workouts are provided as samples to get you started. Before starting any program ensure that the exercises are appropriate for your fitness level. Warm-up before all workouts to avoid injury.

Full body workout 1
Includes cardio warm-up with 3 station circuit and pin-loaded machine exercises.

includes cardio warm up and exercises using body weight and free weights.
